You can appeal twice at least Sam
the first appeal is strictly paperwork, the second involves a hearing. Hopefully mine won't get to the hearing phase.

Actually I sort of hope none of my relatives come here to read.
It is kind of my private place with all of you my friends here...and Wiley of course.

No the 401K is not relevant Sam
it's strictly based on whether or not you're disabled. And the company is actually speeding things up from the government's usual slow pace

I wonder if the fact that you do have the 401K that it could be a strike against you so to speak. How many times can a person appeal? It seems this agency, if that is correct, you hired to help you is moving slowly or is it just the gov't, as usual! sam
