LOL. A funny take on the stats...Does it work to curb underage drinking? Looking at Loyola, the answer is definitely no.

I toddle doff to University at 40......still an innocent in some fields.....
I got a knock by an elbow and a shhhhhh by an 18 year old when I asked what that funny smell was.Nothing like any cigarette that I had ever smoked

I wonder what the tuition would be if we just signed up for alcohol
