Let's see, if I'm reading this right,
there's a situation at some prison in Scotland, where the "guests" are reluctant to undergo a TSA style pat-down on their way to the lunchroom, and the guards must deliver meals to the reluctant fellows and then clean up afterward. Apparently well-endowed inmates are housed in another location, and the guests of the state's primary complaint is they've lost street creds, "smalls" not being in high demand on the outside.
