Like you I cannot imagine the pain one would feel after losing a child. That is something I would not wish on anyone.

Although it was the worse thing for you, it was in the best interest of the cat! Hold fast to your memories. sam

Lustor
I am sorry you are hurting so much. That is just normal, you loved the cat and the cat loved you. I have lost animals and it hurts. I have also lost 2 adult children and that is something that is there everyday, not in mourning but in just a word or a moment. You will always remember you cat but she/he needed the rest and it was time. Cry as much as you need it is good release. Here is a big

our animalfamily members hurtand I feelsosorry foryou,it is a real bad time and they trust us so but you did the right thing today. No other animalwillevertake her place in your heart and that is foe sure...but we can loveanother animal and they then hold that corner of our memory and our heart as their own. I remember with love all my animal family members ....but no nothing is the pain of losing a child.
