Pardon my ignorance. I hope to be enlightened by following your series. I see Jews and Israel as two separate issues. In my country, Jews are very much respected for their brilliance, conscientiousness and business acumen, but the media project Israel as the bully and Palestine the victim. How did anti-semitism arise and why has it persisted through the years?

I am glad your prime minister is discussing the issue Israel is facing in depth. I hope this increases the dialogue that needs to be increased.
