- Go to Life is too short to waste time hating anyone..
This is a great truth Shobana; life is too short and has so much to offer to waste on unpleasant things! Hope you're feeling better.

Y Since the fall of humans death existed, longevity decreasing with the Old Testament years. Advances in medicine and lifestyle increase it a little in modern times. The heaven we kept love. BC-A, Bill’s RJLst

If Jesus could die for the sins of all people forgiving all their sins if the would but ask; I think we can forgive all who offend us and move on. The little girl carried a very big message. Be blessed dear one.

Relationships are really important in our lives. Maybe everyone we know will not love us, but we can strive to be worthy of love in all aspects of our lives.

I would love to see everyone strive to be loved by all. What an excellent way to express that!

I think it is normal to go through such feelings! We spend our time rearing children and then once grown we worry about them! But, hate can be so destructive and the little girl is so right, life is too short to waste time on hate! I look forward to aging gracefully because as long as we breathe we can make a contribution and a difference to all who cross our path! I like this post, it really got me thinking! I love you too, Sweetie! Your sam

Shobana, well you have a group here that simply 'loves' ya. And yes, Darlin' you've had some loss this year and it's okay to be melancholy now and then, it happens to the best of us. As far as everyone loving us...I wonder myself sometimes when I meet up with someone who simply doesn't care for me ---

--- but with a remember I think of all that others go through in life and you never know what in fact has touched, grieved and torn their lives apart. I add, don't take it personally should not 'all' care for you. It's difference in life and nature and you know what, grab and clutch the love you get from others (and many) and soften with this balm, any burr sticks that poke into your gentle soul. xoxoxo Elyse

I think it is a bit unrealistic to think of being loved by everyone. But, there is nothing wrong with having that goal and working toward it. Hatred is definitely a waste of time and only detrimental to the one doing the hating.

Unfortunately, there's too much destructive hatred in this world. But I'm not ashamed to admit there are things I hate and people I dislike .. at times.

Well Shobana I can put up with you. I like you in a kind of mystical way, you are a sweet bundle of emotions, that always bring a smile even when you are serious. I know that you would not harm anyone we can't like everybody or their wouldn't be enough plates to go round at lunch time, there would not be any Tuna left for breakfast. All right I adore you sometimes. Just be happy no one can ever get it just right.

So long as you remain you no one could hate you but then not everyone likes
us ....so long as I don't hate anyone that is my focus.

Can't always control everyone else's thoughts, but we can govern our own . Positive emotions make for better life and health, and certainly, a better legacy. Sorry for your losses, they tend to get better with time in my experience, at least.

Very wise words! Even if we cannot banish hatred from this world, we can at least try to banish it from ourselves...

Love
So true. You are aware. You are aware by what you wrote in your short, but very deep thoughts on your post. Love conquers all and I have heard elderly people, time after time, say the same. The one's I love to hear it most from are old gentlemen that, in thier life, were once hell raising, violent individuals...A lot of whom were in my family. It is one of the most beautiful things to me to see and hear someone who lived a life full of strife, say "Without LOVE, we wouldn't have anything. When it boils down to it, LOVE is all we have. You cannot put a price tag on love and I believe it is the greatest gift in the world...UNCONDITIONAL LOVE! ONE LOVE! Aceblade

Amen
We are all here to learn the lessons of unconditional love and forgiveness. Richard told me about Heaven before he transistioned. He got to see into Heaven 3 weeks before he left. He could not believe the Pure Love he saw and felt. He was so excited when he saw the Light and knew he was going to heaven. Love and Light and Many Blessings
