Go to Malcolm's midwife: Words from the heartAdd a commentGo to Our lives are so fragile

One thing after another, isn't it Malcolm? It makes us realize that what we have is so precious and good. I'm in agreement with TAPS' comment.

Oh my goodness! This is so horrendous. That poor little girl, being forced to watch - and the poor elder sister, feeling so distraught that she has to cut herself, and the poor, poor Mum, doing her best...

Oh Malcolm
I can't even find words to describe the horror I feel.  This family will be in my prayers.

One has to stop and count their blessing....I do think that
some people just seem to get the whole bucket of @$%^thrown over them....Wiley and I just look at each other and count our blessings. Somethings may not be perfect, but they are wonderfully good and we have had full and exciting lives.

Life is unfair.
So much suffering and pain for some.

I can't even begin to imagine how this trauma is going to affect
this little girl, perhaps for the rest of her life.

What an awful incident! Those with mental illnesses can inflict an incredible amount of damage! I pray the young one will be fine! So sad! The mother has to be so grief stricken! sam

May God bless the beasts and the children, and those with mental problems, the needy, the afflicted, the despondent, the homeless, the hungry.......  And may humans-who-have feel a desire to do what they can to help God with the blessing of those with need.

Malcolm, this has totally touched my heart.  God bless that child; that family, the mother struggling and the children as well.  You are so correct, Lives are Fragile and to be handled with 'care' ~ May your journey be blessed today as well as Susans and your lovely family ---  - Elyse

Brings to mind (and I'm not kidding here) the old saying
"the devil made me do it."  What possesses someone to be so self-destructive? The older I get the less I understand it.

those poor girls! I hope they help them both and find out what influenced the elder child to do that

Well malcome as you know we used to have council Estates in the past they used to always be a bit rough, but gradually as the children grew up they mellowed and became respectable. I think too many folk are concentrated in one area it gives scope for too many baddies in one place. Why should a child do this to herself, what are their minds being filled with, well we all know the answer.
