                    I watch what I eat, don't eat that much. But metabolism has slowed
                
                to accomodate the lower intake. If I focus on nothing else, I can lose a pound. But the minute I forgetaboutit, it comes right back.

                    You haven'tgained too much so easy on easy off and good luck.
                
                Wiley and I completely changed our life style and are slowly reaching our weight goals.I am soproud of him...40lbs off.....and yes, the cigarettes are the tough part gone. I wish I had never had one.even after 5 years since my last puff, I occassionally feel like one. 42....the same age as my No. one son....he has just been dieting as well, must be an age thing and yes, excercise will get rid of the little bit of flab and tighten up those ABS,
