I understand the concept of 'pushy' faith - push on in --- crowd the throne ~ I hope always and carry faith ----->

I always enjoy your perspective. I cannot tell you how many things I earnestly sought the Lord for but they didn't come to pass. And you know what? I am SO glad!
But when it comes to "pushy faith" I'm thinking of two things:
- "pushy" isn't pushing God into anything (as if we could) but it's pushing against the press of this world, and the enemy of our souls that would try to crowd out God's best for us. It's an "active" faith.
- a faith that is based on HIS WORD not my desires alone.
I enjoy reading your comments. You give me lots to think about.

I tell the Lord my aspirations and if they fit into His plan for me then I receive them! If they do not, He reveals why it is that way! I have never been disappointed in allowing the Lord to direct my life! The parts I most enjoy are the ones when He reveals what it is He would like me to do; they are never of any real magnitude but they difference it makes can be measured by magnitude! I do not need any type of public recognition for the things I do, just recognition that I carried out His will for from Him! I think faith is the easiest thing to do and I believe He will carry you through this new encounter and you will be able to benefit others for having experienced it! I like it when the Lord uses us in this way, for there is no peace in the land and we must dwell within it peacefully! It can only be accomplished through faith in Him for me. sam
