What lovely memories to have of your friend Malcolm.  She is with you always.  What a beautiful way to remember the friendship you shared.

I'm devastated!  The food and wine are poor?  There where is the joy in getting an award?  I shall stop trying for one now!

thank you for sharing the memory, it's funny how those who have passed on remain to give us strength

I like kicking up the leaves, too! What a cherished memory! Some folks leave an indelible mark on us and it can make all the difference! I like how we really want to take part in something and when it doesn't meet the expectations we find ourselves not desiring it as much as we once thought! Good lesson in this too! sam

I worked for many years, long ago, for Air Force Procurement, for the government.  One of my co-workers, a quality control inspector, one Walter Burwell looked amazingly like your picture.  When I go to your site there and see your picture, I always do a doubletake.

I always felt that you ...like me ....are really a big person now that we
are six. It is painful always when one suddenly remembers a beloved spirit that has gone.......So many of my play mates are gone and that stab of pain really hurts.

That is beautiful that you still remember her and feel her presence. Thanks so much for the visit. It is great to take a walk like that sometimes.

I used to enjoy sploshing through puddles when I was a child, but have now grown out of it. I guess men don't. Touching story.
