Schedule from your friend Kabu.....................
rest for three days only tackling the 2 hours of essential book work..... then three days of half days of work and then one day off.....then set yourself a sensible days work load...y' know one that a person can actually accomplish.You will find youself caught upsomuch easier by starting slow and then writing down a weeks must do.

Hi, Sam...what is AC that you're writing an article for?
Also...this is sooo the time of year where I get sluggish and behind on everything. I think our natural instinct is to hibernate a bit. (void if you're somewhere warm!). I know that mostly all I want to do is sleep when it gets to be late fall.
We will celebrate your victories with you when you cross something off your list, but take care of you, too! If a nap is what you need, you should take it!
