Re: It certainly does not stop when the bottle is dry
I have heard red wine called "lubricant for the heart" and I think it often eases a couple into a romantic frame

Re: shobana
Thank you!  I was once told to write about what I know and so I wrote about wine and romance

Re: elysianfields
I confess wine is my little vice - a glass with dinner is an essential luxury.  I am glad you enjoyed the poem, though and thank you for reading

Re: Oh my, so warm and inviting..:)
Thank you so much Kate07 and welcome to Blogit.  It can be quite intimidating hwhen you first start here - everyone seemed so much more gifted than I when I joined, but it gets easier when you realise that they all seem to feel the same way...

It certainly does not stop when the bottle is dry
In fact sometimes it's just the beginning.

So passionate my friend... Indeed love does not end but rather begins when that bottle is dry  I am glad you saw my Autumn through my poem... and yes I am looking forwatd to the white canvas of my winter wonderland... There is also beauty in this ambiance filled with earthy colors and golden tones though,  I love it even if my  verses do not show it.  I think Fall is the most romantic of seasons,  with those afternoons by the rain stained windows... I got to admit though that you made winter sound delightful too in your beautiful poem... <<<sigh>>> So hard to pick a favourite... I guess we must try to make love in all seasons ( with our respective muses of course  loll) and then compare  non?  Great work!  xoxoxo

Ah, 'tis a cup that runneth over with no end in sight! Wonderful imagery and words usage, alas, I sigh with utter glee, cohesive and exquisite! sam

LionReign, I know myself, that after one sip - I'm down for the count LOL ~ I would not know the night.  So this is lovely in romantic and I enjoyed the vision.  Elyse
