I have used Epsom salt a lot over the years! It seems it's the simple things that have the greatest impact! sam

I swear by Epsom salt, too

I use it in a bath to relieve body aches and pains, esp my feet, after a rough day at work.  The magnesium content also relieves constipation, even if you just soak in the tub.  Takes about a day to work through.

I didn't know it's effective on blackheads, tho.  That's a great tip!

the chiropractor recommended Epsom Salt to us to add
to our bath water after a heavy workout or brisk walk..we use it all the time (and I can remember my Mom using it when she would bathe.....

I used it in detox baths too. Table salt will exfoliate and not dry if you stay only twenty minutes and not use the bath temperature too warm. Epsom salt is so remarkable. It works sort of as a laxative for all the organs that hold toxins. You are so right in using it in baths: it cleanses the liver and the kidneys. You know we made all these natural things for 13 years. I would love your cupboards. I love natural things. Also for your feet, try rubbing Vicks Vapor Rub on them and put os socks and sleep in this. It works great for me. I do it about two or three times a week.
