i too am a rockhound, go look at my pix of the crystal i just sent to my granddaughter i have had it since 1993, i promised when she turned 14 she could have it, she turns 14 this month so i sent it to her for Christmas, she is the next geo-genuis of this world, i promise, lol , fyi i spent a year as the assistant manager of look-out studio in the grand canyon when look-out was the rock shop back in the 90's best job on earth, loved every second of it thanks for the info , hopefully i can get back out that way and check this place out

Well I did wonder if you found any gems Femia. I think this sort of country is a bit too hostile for we who are sons of the soil, love to see the flower one day Oh all right and that old lizard it always seems to be there whenever you go rock hounding.
