Re: lionreign
it certainly has Wiley, even 20 years ago it would have been very unlikely to have a distance relationship for long... now it is almost commonplace

What an awesome play on words and the dismissal of the unilateral to reveal a comfort zone of here and there! Wonderful! I am behind reading due to a migraine but will catch up soon! sam

Re: Clever piece
Thanks malcolm, reading it back I can see what you mean, it may be too big a word for that line and I will go look for alternates.  Thank you so much for the comment, I'd have missed that otherwise and the goal is to improve, after all

Re: Sinome
Physical distances are the easiest to bridge, all they take is a little money and a little time...  others can take a lot of time and a lot of understanding and still never get smaller.  Thank you xoxoxox

Re: elysianfields
Thank you dear friend.  Well it does bring relationships back to a traditional courtship where he and she cannot touch

I found the word 'boudoir' dominated a bit though; I couldn't get past it for some reason.

This touches everyone's heart that has ever loved someone that is far ... and there are many kinds of distances... those physical are hard... but there are distances my friend  that no matter how near you get ... love seems always far... That luckily does not seem to be your case :-)  so  I hope it happens soon for you and her, that nearness you seek... and that kisses and hugs become real and last forever more...  xoxoxo

LionReign, absolutely touches my heart.  I would think a long distance romance is frustrating.  I hope soon your warmth will soon be shared in person with the significant ~ one ~ Elyse
