Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't. Peer pressure or group pressure can sometimes mean that people don't end up wearing what they'd really like to when they can anyway. It's a tough subject.

I dress the way i want mostly, however, when i go to work and wish
to accomplish certain things, dress code changes the way people look at you, so I adjust. other than that its my way or the highway
