Get occupied in something constructive, so no matter if that occupation is
addictive. Otherwise one negative addiction can well get replaced by another negative addiction.

You would not believe how many pea nuts I ate to give up smoking, I think there are simpler methods available now. Hope you can make it your muse wants you to try evidently. Touching poem
