I suspect future archaeologists from Alpha Centauri will discover
the latest specimens of homo erectus they come across will have unusually prominent thumbs and oversized frozen hip joints.

We will all see examples of DEvolution INCREASINGLY often, from now on out!
Mankind will soon become just another failed experiment in evolution, evidence of our brief existance, accessible only by digging through thick layers of radioactive sediment. Sad.
