I know of a different version of this joke.
Two women were standing before a judge, explaining about having been involved in a knock-down drag-out fight, with each other. The pharmacist clarified things by testifying that the other woman, (the customer) asked the lady pharmacist what she was expected to do, with the very large suppositories she had just been prescribed, thinking that she would be unable to ever SWALLOW them. "I told her, and then, one word just led to another!"
