There is no honor in taking the life of another. So there can no be an honor killing. Jesus said, "Let the one of you who is without sin cast the first stone". This was when a group of men had brought a woman out to be stoned because she had committed adultry. There was not one among them, she lived.

If we are thinking about the same thing here...
I do not approve of honour killings at all.
Killing someone just to protect the honour of someone else is nuts. Especially since the things I have heard they do honour killings for are unjustifiable and often enough false.
