Absolutely not
My wife tried to change an address with an insurance company yesterday. We moved last December and wrote to them several times but still they hadn't changed it. Hiding behind 'data protection' they claimed they couldn't do it. Wouldn't do it more like, in the same way they wouldn't dream of paying the 'phone bill.

No way;we have been driven to distraction by incompetent companies lately
and our patience is well and truly depleted. Tell Son to deal with them for you next time instead of being critical.You have been through way too much lately. It shows that your nerves are stretched to breaking point.and you need help not criticism

I have been with my phone company for ten years, never late and never missed a payment! But, my bank messed up on my debit card and they held off until I got the new one! The next month they used the previous card even though they told me they updated my account! I got a text to call them! They would not try the card again even though they were in err and so I said they could never access my account automatically again and I would pay at their site! They were ready to cut me off even though I was an excellent customer! Now I get text messages reminding me to pay even after it is taken care of; I try to be nice but sometimes they just infuriate me to no end! sam

I get really frustrated with having to deal with companies over the phone who hire people that I cannot understand, and also those long waiting periods. When I get frustrated, I have a tendency to become loud and rude. Afterwards I am ashamed of myself. I really hate taking care of things over the phone, but I'm trying to be better.
