Tzippy
Very interesting! But I have a confession to make - I have no idea what punch ball is all about. We played baseball, hockey, football, soccer, and I've even played rugby at school - but no punch ball...

I am not certain, in my paths of life, that 'no' always works as you state here TZippy --- however, it is as you say --- should be: a boundary setter - etal and etc. Depends  actually on who's reality your dealing with.
and Glaydies along with you and your account--- wow, I cannot wait to see the continuation. Elyse

The ability to say no/refuse is something that we will surely need in our lifetimes. Empowering I find this to be.

Of course, they told, right? Looking forward too to the rest of the story. I used NO this week - on more than one occasion. Although I know is was the right thing to do - I didn't feel empowered, really. It was too sad.

This is some good material.
Your web site is looking great. I will work on your project with NO. I do know it is powerful I had to work on it years ago. Boundaries are so so important. I am looking forward to the balance of the story. Be blessed and much success to you....
