Justi,
Except for Carl's time in Iraq, we have always had custody of her (stupid laws at the time pulled her out from us during his deployment). I didn't speak much of her then because it hurt like hell and honestly, I thought she didn't want contact with me. I found out later it was her biological mother who wouldn't allow her contact with me. Pam made her choice when Carl came home...the first words out of her mouth were pretty much "I want to come home."

You are such a dear. I remember back then and after he came home and after you took in his daughter and truly made her your daughter. You are a prize in any family, glad I know you dear one. Be blessed.

I love my Blogit family.
Someone is always home at Blogit whether its day or night. And when they are gone or sleeping, there's always a note that they have left for me.

lol, that P word doesn't really bother me anymore ;)
and I totally forgot about that yahoo game! haha Now that I remember, it was fun!
There are so many people who aren't on blogit anymore that I miss! Offy, blackcat, and Rcky, to name a few. So many memories I have of late night chatter and fun! I still look at my old blogs sometimes just for a laugh.
I was homeless and no dime to my name during half of the summer. I quit blogit. I kept in touch with some bloggers through FB and email, but it wasn't the same. As soon as I got my life back together, I came home to my blogit family :)

What a fabulous post, I once read that Blogit is a dusty
little cornerof the internet for writers...well I say who cares. I love it here and I agree that this is family and everyone here that I/we communicate with is so deserving of love and respect. It's fun and heart break and talent and learning.So much and Yeah, I met the love of my life.......I agree and applaude you for every word you wrote.
