Yum. We southwesterners always have fajitas or taquitos or
some kind of pork, etc. to stuff into a taco and smother with lettuce, salsa and guacamole or whatever.
Easier and faster, tho' I usually do tostadas as they are open faced and easier to pile things onto.
Steak and potatoes is so back East, love it !!! Invite me to the next one. Shall make all girlfriends falling apart and otherwise laugh it away. You can do that, too.
