I have a problem with drinking 8 glasses of water a day..so I think I will try what you are doing..I have no problems drinking a variety.  I recently found out that one of my  kidneys is only working at 36% so I need to make sure I get enough fluids to try to aide my good kidney in flushing out my system.

Most headaches are from dehydration so water is wonderful and then
there is green tea, very beneficial as is Camomile tea. I like rose hip tea as well...caffeine free and soothing.

I work with an ex quarterback from Western Carolina, he said 80% of
headaches comes from not drinking enough water, great read!

I think water and lots of it belong in the diet, too! It is very cool how you tack things to lessen migraine pain! sam
