Yes, you're right. Everyone has something to contribute, and when they're not forthcoming, the rest of us should encourage them rather than slagging them off for not pulling their weight. A lovely, sensitive post, Straightforward.

I have learned that teams have strong players and those that do better when they are the sidelines a bit more. It's not always easy, but each has a valuable role. Even if it is to learn that one person should not take the responsibility of an entire team.
