I agree with you on monitoring closely. Playing Disney games is one thing, social networking quite another. Too many bad people in the world nowadays.

I agree with Wiley John Grandma...You are wonderful.  Blessings to you and your husband for taking in this precious little girl.  Everything will fall into place.

You're a terrific grandma, and I just think you ought to go with who you really are and don't 'fudge' about anything. I'm an old codger that believes kids computering ought to be monitored 24/7 whether they like it or not.

I never thought of it as anything other than a silly little game. Thank you for sharing that insight with me. Perhaps it will help both my granddaughter and me.

If she needs a farmville buddy send her my way. ( no I'm not just trying to get neighbors.) I got started playing farmville with several friends going through tough times. Like a 28 year old who's husband died suddenly and left her alone with 3 boys to raise.  In some strange way it gave all of  us something we needed.
