Glad it's working now. We love Sky HD, which I regard as a necessary extravagance!

I'm a big fan of the phrase "I'd like to speak with your supervisor" when the idiots appear...

it's truth. and it's frustrating Malcolm how many are just plain incompetent and we, the consumer suffer. But, YAY it's up and running finally... Elyse

It's such a pain when there is a lack of efficiency. Thankfully it looks like all was finally solved.

Lol Malcolm! We had the same trouble with a chap from the telephone company a few months ago! Annoying, isn't it? I'm glad your new sky box is working so well for you. Here's to hoping you'll have no more troubles! Enjoy watching with your family love.

It's tough when the service is poor! It must feel great to be back up and with clarity! sam

Well malcom that might be a deciding factor I hate changing suppliers but my internet is so slow and I should be connected to another site my Sky box is over ten years old and cable runs along the front path near to my house. Perhaps I'll just keep the phone, I suppose one can be too loyal and receive no thanks. It seems to me new customers get the good stuff and the stalwarts the placeboes.
