A very good advice..
Bank's financial analysts are there to help both the bank and people/customers. The profit that the banks/card issuers generate each month is enough to cover for genuine cases. While deliberate misuse/fraud cases would be handled quite differently.. I'm happy that you have some of these problems solved..

They are being a little nicer these days. Of course the economy being the way it is they can't just bully people so much any more. The money just isn't there. You can't get blood out of a turnup, they say.
