I know exactly what you are saying! I have been copying my blogs and it can be a miserable task at times! It's like you said, the need to get away and refocus is so true! sam

Well malcolm I just fall asleep and then wake and begin again, I know you do not have that luxury. Sometimes it feels good to just walk outside especially with late sunshine for a few minutes or leaf through the junk mail. I can never understand why charities send a donation form a couple of weeks after one has made a donation, just a thought.

I try not to stay at the computer that long. If I stay there that long, my lower back starts aching too.

Malcolm
Getting away from that screen is really important I've found so you enjoy making that tea and enjoy the break away my friend.

Regular breaks from the screen are a must, Malcolm, if you want your eyes to last you for your lifetime. My doc warned me about it too. I plan to work from home one day too - can't wait! You make it sound even better!

Ah yes...those wiggly eyes from comp use. I know the feeling...and Pasta with Tea ~ yum. Glad you're able to rest in between. I would imagine cooking is a nice relief. Elyse

Be sure to rest your eyes Malcolm. I get terrible pressure headaches, so I have to be especially careful. It's hard once I start writing though!

I love this combination of being busy until your eyes can't take it anymore and ended up doing something that makes you happy, to celebrate the long busy hours you have been working on. Hope you find satisfaction in both different chores. I do.
