Re: csherloc
Probably not... do two people ever perceive an event in the same way, after all?

Wow! That was poignant! I miss carefree days and all that it entails! We seem to let the years go by and then we are left to ponder your powerful, powerful conclusion! Superb! sam

I am often the same - a happy blur is the norm with a few clear images that continue to inspire me through the months that follow

The  other person always remembers, but does it now mean the same to both of you?

There's a quote that says God gave us memories so we can have roses in December. Thanks very much for your visit.

When memories are new they are the bitter and the sweet
but time transforms bitterness, I have found, and the sweet remains, but it is poignant sweetness, a home we cannot return to.

GAwd I do remember... fragrant mornings filled with nothing else but frolicking through the grassy meadows and talking to dear friends... the trembling extasy of a first kiss... the marvelous sight of an eagle in flight... Oh I do remember .  THanks for taking me back there :-)  xoxoxo

I do remember
but, though our lives seem to be so much more sophisticated now, we still do lie in each others' arms whenever we can.

Very nice lionreign, It is such a shame such memories cannot always transfer into more happiness.

Ed remembers better than I do. He can recall every detail but for me it's a kind of happy blur! Lovely poem again, reminding me of how things were, once upon a time.

Such memories bent from Love - always to cherish and this is alluring as well as precious.  I pray you find these moments again if even in memories.  Elyse

LIONREIGN
The memories we store in our file cabinet of memories as we thumb through our files to remember and cherish past moments are imbedded in ones heart forever..sometimes a little dusty but remembered always. Fema
