So long
I hope your wife Gin, gets better after her surgery on Friday.  I will keep her in my prayers.  Continue to make time for yourself  while she is taking a nap, etc.

Re: diabetes too
Thank you!  I do madication and diet.  In happier times I walk - in fact, hike - a good bit, but this past month or so I haven't been able to get out.

I am sorry to hear about Gin... I will keep her in my prayers, I am sure it will go fine on Friday.  About your leaving, when someone loves writing as you do , writing lives inside of you and no matter where you are and what you are doing , sooner or later you will write again. Life its a hard master and most of us at one time or another have had to leave for a while to attend its mandates.  Don't worry about it my friend,  you are part of our little Blogit tribe now and even if you can not physically come to us, the thoughts of you stay in our hearts. Again good luck on Friday. As one who knows what it is to live with anotherone's pain t I admire your strength and dedication.  Take care of you and stay well... xoxoxoxo

Re: brain waves
Such as they are, they're still there - I've already just about finished 2 new poems.  Like you, I can't seem to turn it off.  Thanks!

I am sorry Bob, What I would do is write anything down in a book that you think is good.

You will not have to post or comment which you will miss sometimes. At least you will keep the old brains waves going. I really have looked forward to your blogs even if I didn't understand them as I am not intellectual and suffered teachers who were probably disturbed by not being soldiers and frustrated spinsters who might have been harder than they need have been to rosy cheeked boys. I do hope you will come back one day and that your wife can feel comfortable, It is a shame Bob but you are an honorable man. Sites playing up

You sound like a survivor--one who strives and overcomes come what may.  I like your spirit.  God bless you and give you strength to keep going.  Hope you don't leave us completely.
