I am learning

That sometimes as we find the joy after the pain, we appreciate it on a deeper level.

I have always loved Carl but knowing what my life was without him, makes these moments now with him even more precious.

I hope in time you will be able to feel the joy that follows the pain.

I enjoyed it anyway. We can learn a lot through the human's relationship with a dog.
