Hi lauren I think this is a poem where you just grabbed a piece of paper and wrote. In a way if I am right of course it is relaxing. I was reading only yesterday about an older poet whose manuscripts were found and drafts of  poems as if they were to be planned and drawn up clinically. Of course probably immaculate when finished but it sounds boring.
