Perhaps she is biding her time and will make the move that best suits her! I know I wouldn't tolerate his behavior, it is a slap in the face to me! sam

Even if it is platonic
why would a man place himself before such temptation, knowing that he was hurting his wife simply by doing so? Is she frightened of him and thus of bringing the issue up or reacting as one would naturally expect? Hard to really discern I know.

No husband needs a second woman to make him a husband. I would put a stop to that. She may as well be prepared to get a settlement enough to help her and make him move out which I don't think she will get any flack from him on that. The very idea that she is taking him to LAX is ridiculous. Let the man walk or have the girlfriend send a lemo. I don't like either party acting this way in a marriage - They no longer have a marriage.

The hard part is that all you can do is be there for your daughter because you know the truth of it all.

Re: Re:
I would imagine it is more than that also.  I was just addressing their "platonic" claim.

I think platonic relationships are over-rated.  The problem is, that whatever a husband gets off of his chest with another woman, he never communicates to his wife, and it is communication that really holds together a marriage and keeps the love-life flowing.

To me what her husband is doing sounds like a recipe for disaster, platonic or not. I believe that there can be platonic relationships, but traveling sounds like a bit much to me.
