I share your view about the beauty of the season
I also like the cool (yet not cold) weather.
I love taking the kids out for halloween, smelling the cool air and the leaves, jack-o-lanterns burning, etc... awesome.

Autumn
Autumn is my favorite season too..with Halloween, Thanksgiving and then Christmas..with all the fun and food, family and friends..the trees with all their colors adds another wonderful thing.

It is indeed a lovely season. Ours hasn't quite started yet, although the weather is horribly wet. The leaves have yet to start changing colour. great post.

I like Autumn, too! a lot of things can get done to make the house and yard more comfortable for winter and even get a good start on spring! I am excited to see some colors this year for I leave to go to a wedding in Indiana in ten days! It's been 6 years since I've had a color tour! sam

Very good imagery! We no longer rake our leaves, someone comes with a blower and gets them together. More efficient, but less memorable than raking!

I enjoy the fall too but I don't rake leaves I let them mulch the lawn because my property is too large...

Well LB if you were here you would be encouraged to compost the leaves or put therm in a green bin for collections, bins we are having bins for everything not much room you see. Hope you enjoy the games keeps the Dad young.
