I've seen the 'translate' button too and I have been trying to search it in the blog design area, but some of them were merely word translation tool, and the one that looked like a page translation tool was not working or being updated when I was trying to use it on my blog.
The problem with these tools though, they can only pick up formal words and expressions. Slangs or things like 'Ugh', 'Psstt', 'Ouch', etc. are not recognized. These tools work pretty good with formal articles, but not so much when used for casually written personal journal.. I will still try these tools, until there are better ones..

Some sites that I have read have a "translate" button up in the corner that when you click on it the post changes to English, or back again. I have no idea if that is an option for your blog or not, but it would be nice. And, I have no idea how one does it.
