I forcast a short lived success for this sort of farming. 1) The problem of heat and salty sweat will kill the new seedlings. 2) There will be a frenzy of scratching and the little seeds, dirt and whatever will drop or be in great disarray. No it will never work to much hands-on checking!

I foresee one slight obstacle to the success of this.
Given the slight frame and delicate lines of many Asian women, the installation of a double-D mini rice-terrace might lead to back problems for the wearers.
