I used to live in the Napa Valley and the vineyards were so
beautiful in the fall with all the colored leaves....

You know Fema - in the hill country where I go often, its surrounded by vineyards...I've yet to try however, my daughter and others do go and I have gone with them. I am afraid that once I sip of the nectar - I will fall asleep. (I giggle with communion wine

and that is just a sip eh?) LOL ~ I love your poetry. Elyse

Lucky you Femia, I do have a couple of glasses usually when I am blogging and surprisingly there have been some really nice wines available at half price recently I think it must be the pound against other currencies. Goodness you wear bright lipstick. I can see you've left an imprint on several glasses. I thought you were not suppose to swallow the samples, be careful driving. Lovely poem. Keep writing I always feel friendlier after a couple of drinks.

AS I drove by the vinyards today
Great poem, wine is my alcohol of choice when I was allowed to drink that is. I love the sweet wines.

I have never gotten into wine more than over dinner, but I got into this poem and quite liked it.
