I'm not into pain. No tatts. I wouldn't like to see a little kid with
all that ink -- or those orange contacts. However, as Cringe says, if a kid decides that's a good idea when she's old enough to pay for the work herself, it's not the worst decision she could make. These two look like they're dressed for tricks or treats...

The one on the right looks photoshopped, not so the one on the left.
There was this rock festival in Ireland back in the day, and some alternative circus acts were guesting at it. One of the couples performing had a six year old girl with a tattoo down her arm, the tv crew picked it up and interviewed her. I was disgusted, because I'd just gotten one and was very aware of the fact of how much discomfort this girl must have been in to get such a large piece done on her lower arm. The little girl claimed she didn't remember it much but that it hadn't really hurt. I kept thinking, I would never ever force my identity on my kids.
Years later, when Leone was five, she wanted to have her ears pierced, everyone kept telling me what a freak I was for reacting so badly to her wanting to do that, and, eventually, I went with her and got it done feeling like I was performing some sort of barbarism.
I've had piercings (tongue, nose, ear cartilage), and I've had some laser removal of my two tattoos, however, I made these decisions initially to get them either my latter teens or as an adult. Who would do this to a kid? Not only that, it's even sick to suggest it via a picture, these things hurt, and you bleed, to me, it's no different to intentionally harming your kid.
