You just brightened up a dull, wet Wednesday morning Virginia. It is GREAT to hear from you again. I haven't tried elance, but I'll check it out. I'm trying hubpages just now and if I can find the energy to write enough, it might even work. Why I'm still on Blogit is probably because I'm a lazy sod.

Have you tried www.elance.com? I'm investigating it as a place to write but I agree with you and the topics that one is not an 'expert' on.

we're losing words, depending more on pictures.
It's like
Fahrenheit 451 the movie based on Ray Bradbury's novel is coming true. Firemen burn books, housewives space out with happy pills and TV and printed materials are pictures only.
