I was up and out for my morning walk before the sun broke through
the haze...and you are so right about keeping hydrated on days like this..
...its 90F here right now, but with the humidity factored in, it feels like 102F..

Can you elevate those feet and try to drain some of the swelling back. Not
too high though, just slightly lifted.
