Nice one!

Balanced, readable and perfectly in line with my ideology!

PS: oughta try being a male in a "female" profession. Not as much being hit on or attempts at humiliation, but people are gunning for you from the git-go.

As always...
A well thought out essay tackling a complex (therefore maddening) issue.

Very intelligent blog.  In the few paragraphs you used to share your opinion on the subject matter, you showed why sexual harrassment is such a complicated issue.  There are people on all sides of the issue that are constantly attempting to use it to their advantage.  Two very good blogs on the subject matter.  Yours and MHW's.  Very different approaches, but both blogs bring up excellent points.  It's nice that you linked his blog to yours.  By the way, that sitcom situation you brought up was from my home state.  It was a Miller Brewing employee.  You know what came out about a year after the firing and court case?  You're gonna love this!  Miller Brewing wanted to get rid of the guy for quite some time before the harrassment issue.  Couldn't figure out how.  This woman who complained about the term he used as he explained the Seinfeld episode was gold that fell into Miller management's lap.  Amazing.  What a world we live in, eh?
