There was a movie in the eighties, a german movie that was called Otto or the night of the dead people... loll... It won the Berlin foreign film festival award ... don't laugh, it was a good zombie movie... I doubt that is the one you picked though... I will go more for the Exterminator? You know the one with Arnold ( I won't try to spell his last name but he is governor of California :-)) Total guess and probably wrong ... we need more hints.
