Feeling the emotions of the other is so important to a relationship, I feel. It shows how connected we all are.

Re: Sunday reading
Thank you Bob, it nearly killed me. Joking aside one never knows the response one will get, but it is pretty safe with love poems on this site, only one has to feel in the mood

Sunday reading
To me, this is not your usual poem. I really like the others, too, but this is special! Anyone who can write so well about the unattainable really has a rare gift. IThe poem's great and of an unexpected kind . Congratulations from a Sunday reader!

Re:
Lo Simone it is trying to get feeling into poems that matters sometimes. Searching for that which is elusive and transient. Thank you

Hi Wiley don't believe anything I write. Bought a pair of black trousers last week always like to wash them before wearing, but not with a white tissue which must have been inside.

It is very romantic but I really liked desiring the happiness of another, too! I saw a comment where you gently wanted to know who Jim Reeves was; he is a country singer with a most beautiful voice! I grew up listening to him. Here's the referenced song. ENJOY!!! sam

What a tender compassionate poem. The presence of the Lover of my soul, who at times seems so distant but, at the same time, personal and eternally present, came to mind as I read your poem on this wonderful Saturday prepping me for my day of rest. Thanks
