I killed off the dancing paper clip. I seldom regret that, although.
the penalty is having to take the long way round to get "help."

I think your poem is really funny! I'm definitely going to pay more attention to what pops up on my screen. And, I wish I could write humorous poems - I don't even try. Why I love reading them and admiring how some people, like yourself, can be so witty! On another note, thanks for your kind comments in regards to my hourglass poem. Very encouraging to me.

I guess I blew it
My first version of this poem must have come across all wrong, I guess. I wasn't saying that I was getting nasty messages. Not at all. Everyone's been great. It's just a ditty about the strange little phrases that the blogsite provides for us to choose from when we use it. Okay? I changed the opening to be a little clearer on this point,
so let's get on with whatever it is we're doing.

Re: the old uniform
Hey, I just clicked on REPORT ABUSE, and you better watch your step, CC. They're gunnin' for ya! As for wars,
i'm happy without them ever since I retired from the classroom and gave up driving in NYC. As a kid I always used to read all sides of cereal boxes. Now I read all the keystroke options I don't need (or at least never use).
It helps pass the time while waiting for the internet to bless me with a connection.

Re: abuse
I always thought people who wrote computer instructions and designed remotes were writing for Klingons. Now I'm convinced of it! And when they try to explain why I temporarily can't get on the internet, I know I'm talking to the wall!

I don't think there is much abuse on poetry Bob, but I don't mind if you want to start a war.
I expect you itch sometimes to get the old uniform out, happy days.

I sapose cute things have a place, but abuse is the pinch that forces me, I sapose.
