My dad loved Jim Reeves, and so I often heard him singing on the radio when I visited my dad. I also enjoyed his music.

I looked him up on wikkipedia - pretty famous in his day. I'm ancient too, just not a big country western fan.

I realise how ancient I am, cos I just thought everyone would know Jim
Reeves. He was THE singer in the 70's. AND there's that song of his which starts with "They say you found somebody new" (that's why apologies to Jim Reeves cos it's taking after his song, with a theme change)

These poems tell a story
but I can't quite get hold of it. The poems themselves are interesting, tantalizing, tell of love reached for and teased but not happy. Why so many in the world who can't love back?
