It was so interesting to read what each comment had to say about your poem. I like a poem that lends to various opinions.

This would be a great poem for anyone mourning a loved one. It speaks so tenderly, yet such sense.

The tension in this poem is really great. A plea to move on but when love grabs hold of a person, breaking the grip it has on a person's heart, mind, and soul, is alot easier said than done - which is why I like your poem alot.

So hard it is to let that person go and be. I think that most if not all of us will struggle with that at some point in our life. You capture the pain of it all so well.

IT IS TOUGH WATCHING SOMEONE LEAVE.....I REMEMBER
someone very dear to me once saying how she hated 'planes and airports because they always took her loved ones away.

Let her go
When she is moving towards her intended destination, mind made up, and head upright, then yes,let her go,let her be.

I can only feel through this poem something disturbing as though the writer is reaching for that elusive answer that evades us all because we do not know what the true question is. If you cried when you wrote this it is beautiful, if you were eating a bacon sandwich. Well I hope it wasn't salty. Thank you for your visits I love them really.

Amen! Here's to freedom! I like the message of acceptance in the fact that we can hold others back, we must let them grow and move forward to their own karma! Superb!!! Love you a zillion, too! Your sam
