I wish I had known you were in the market. I have one here that I purchsed and wore for a couple of days. All it did for me was increase the volume of my tinnitus, and brought in so much background noise I went more bonkers than I am.

Tzippy it is only an advanced hearing aid to kill background noises I don't get it until next week, be careful of loud noises if you still have that bike.
