Your prose and descriptive soul writes loverly...and I did not realize you would be taking JAG with you?  WOW, you are a loving dog-parent and I am reading on to see what all is happening...Elyse

Beautiful post.  Doggie must be loving walking in such a beautiful place, and it must be so healing for him.  I can tell you are having a wonderful time.

Nautikos
You're a wonderfully descriptive writer and I'm happy to read you made it there alright. I am sorry about your wound however and that is one lucky doggie he is with you and not me my friend. Enjoy your trip old buddy.

You paint such a vivid picture of the scene. I feel like I am there...I am sure Jag is loving every minute of this unfamiliar world.

Dear Naut, I just read what happened to Jag, and you. It is rather reminiscent of our own ordeal a few weeks ago with our doggy (unfortunately for us, it was not a twisted stomach and we had to put down).

I wish Jag a full recovery and a happy life! Good luck to you both!

Now I want to visit that very place, see the view for myself...
What a lovely word picture. And Jag, enjoying his own perspective on the scene. It's the calm after the storm, when everything's at its best.

Naut good news the two of you are safe and sound in beautiful Halifax

Ah, Nautikos - what a stroll I had with you and Jag. Wonderful scenic view, seeped with history, and knowing that Jag is now healthy enough to be there is the crux!
